Which console do I need to compete?
As FIFA21 crossplay is not possible across consoles, there will be TWO tournaments running simultaneously for:
- PlayStation 4/5
- XBOX One/S
We are aware that owners of PlayStation 5 who have the disc version of the game may not have 'backwards compatibility' to match with players who own a PlayStation 4.
To address this, we have included the relevant questions in the application form to ensure players are paired with other players who have the same version.
In the event that you are unable to play due to console/compatibility issues, please contact the team at info@e-sportslive.com.au
Which teams do we play as?
Players are welcome to pick any any Club or Country regardless of rating, although no customised teams are permitted.
Our Round of 32 will be a showcase FEMALE FOOTBALL ROUND. This means players in the Round of 32 will play as women's national teams.

Where can I find my fixtures?
Once all registrations are complete and the fixtures are drawn, e ach player will be sent an email to access their individual portal with a list of their games and opponents.
When are my matches scheduled?
All games will need to be scheduled by the home team. Players will have to communicate with each other via the console online platform using their PSN/Xbox Live ID to arrange a mutually suitable time to play the game. Both players are responsible to make contact, not just the home team.
The “home team” will be responsible for updating the portal with the mutually agreed game date and time.
How do I upload my match results?
The “home team” will be responsible for updating the portal with the game result and upload a screenshot showing the end-result using the “UPLOAD REPORT” button.
Group games need to be played by the September 19.
Any games that do not have results entered will be set to 0-0 draws, unless:
- The failure to complete the match is not the fault of one competitor in which case a forfeit will be entered for the other team; or
- The failure to complete the match is deemed not to be the fault of either competitor, at the discretion of Esports Live staff, in which case an extension of time may be allowed in order to complete the match.
